Software access

Any software license, supported platforms, usage limits, updates, warranty and renewal terms must be agreed in writing before access is granted. Do not distribute installers or license keys beyond the permission you receive.

Payments and refunds

Confirm the payee, amount, currency and payment instructions directly with the business before paying. Refund, cancellation and delivery conditions should be stated in the applicable signed proposal or license agreement.
